We have a variety of volunteer opportunities at Wine Fest before, during and after the event. If you have enthusiasm by the bucketload, you’re a people person with a can-do attitude, a sense of fun and a desire to give back to our community, then welcome aboard!

volunteer opportunities
SILENT AUCTION SET-UP
Create silent auction display. Creativity is a plus.
Requirements: Some heavy lifting may be required.
WINE/BEER/FOOD VENDOR CHECK-IN
3:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
As vendors check-in, give them ribbons and wine glasses and direct them to their tables.
10:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Go around to all vendors and collect their ribbons.
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Check-in volunteers and direct them to appropriate station.
AUCTION SECURITY
5:45 p.m.  – 10:30 p.m./11:00pm
Auction Security:Â Secure silent auction tables.
Auction Closedown: Distribute silent auction items to winning bidders with paid receipts. Clear silent auction tables at end of the evening.
Requirements: Be able to stand for extended time. Some heavy lifting may be required. Breaks included.

5:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Ensure guests have proper wristbands for both VIP and General Admission entry. Give wine glasses to guests. VIP entry is 6:00 p.m. and General Admission entry is 7:00 p.m. Neither group can enter before that.Â
Requirements: Must be friendly but assertive enough to keep unauthorized people out of ballroom.
VOLUNTEER INFO
ALL volunteers must be at least 21 years old.
Volunteer dress code: Volunteers are asked to wear business casual attire.
Ballroom entry for volunteers: Please note that only volunteers who are “on duty” will be allowed in the ballroom during VIP entry from 6 p.m. -7 p.m.
Breaks: All volunteers on shifts longer than 3 hours will be given a short break mid-way through their shift.
Volunteer check-in: Please check in at volunteer check-in at least 15 minutes before your shift starts.
Volunteer registration: All volunteer positions are full. Thanks for your interest.
Volunteer event enjoyment: This year Wine Fest will provide meals for volunteers in a specific room during the event. Volunteers are asked not to eat or drink in the ballroom before or during their shift. Volunteers who have finished their shift are welcome to enjoy the wine and food in the ballroom after turning in their volunteer ribbon.

VIP Admission:Â $105, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.Â
Group Rate:Â Groups of 6 or more receive a $10 discount per ticket
Private Local Craft Beer Tasting & VIP Admission: $155, 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Private Wine Tasting & VIP Admission: $205, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., and future off-site event
