We have a variety of volunteer job opportunities at Wine Fest before, during and after the event, as listed below. If you have enthusiasm by the bucketload, you're a people person with a can-do attitude, a sense of fun and a desire to give back to our community, then welcome aboard!
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE AGED 21 OR OVER TO PARTICIPATE IN WINE FEST.
Volunteer dress code: Volunteers are asked to wear at least business casual attire.
Ballroom entry for volunteers: Please note that only volunteers who are "on duty" will be allowed in the ballroom during VIP entry from 6pm-7pm.
Breaks: All volunteers on shifts longer than 3 hours will be given a short break mid-way through their shift.
Volunteer check-in: Please check in at Volunteer Check-in at least 15 minutes before your shift starts.
Volunteer registration: Click on the the Volunteer Registration button to register for a volunteer job. Please select the shift(s) that suit your schedule, and the job(s) for which you are physically capable.
Voluneer event enjoyment: This year Wine Fest will provide meals for volunteers in a specific room during the event. Volunteers are asked not to eat or drink in the ballroom before or during their shift. Volunteers who have finished their shift are welcome to enjoy the wine and food in the ballroom after turning in their volunteer ribbon. This is in response to feedback from guests who indicated frustration that volunteers were being served before them at the wine and food tables. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can help us to keep our paying guests happy!
